I have been a loyal customer for 7 yrs..and the service I've received the last 5 days in unacceptable...havent been able to receive or send text messages since Tue, April 26,spoke with T-Mobile customer care for hrs & AdvTech last 5 days canceling service

Im cancelling my service this is unacceptable...that I have not been able to receive or send text for over 5 days. I've talked to customer service and I'm told no resolution..I'm done with @TMobile after 7 years as a loyal customer.
@SouthernRodey@TMobile Agreed, I was a loyal customer for 7 years. I have been exhausted talking with them about my issue of not receiving text and being able to send text. Im canceling... Told me no resolution and I have to wait until May 7... Unacceptable
@TMobileHelp Im tired of talking and being on the phone for over 3 hours for something as simple as figuring out why I'm not getting text messages. I've done every diagnostic there is including deleting apps, new sim card, powering off, speaking to advanced tech and I get no resolution.
@TMobileHelp Im fed up with @TMobile@TMobileHelp I called for 5 days and stayed in the phone over 3 hours each instance. I visited a store and nobody can fix the issue... Unacceptable...
@TMobileHelp I just had customer service rep to hang up on me. I pay too much money @TMobile and not able to use my services. I just picked up the TMobile wifi and it's going back as well. Again I shouldn't have to not be able to use my phone for 5 days and be told no resolution.
