@ArizonaDES @Ben53837898 My husband filed a new PUA claim (big mistake I’m sure) and now his claim has a start date of 12/27/20 and end date of 1/31/2021 and a balance of $585, all the weeks he was paid went away, please help @ArizonaDES , did we mess up his claim?

We are worried it messed up his claim. Said have to wait a week to certify as well.

@IDme I was told by IDme that you do not verify minors i am assisting my son who called @ArizonaDES id verification number on tuesday 12/15 and spoke to des rep. But still has active issues. And no payment.
