I received a “sealed” OP-11 case from this company (which I recorded opening the package as I do with all my high end products) to find the case has been tampered with.

The company took a week to review my pictures and claims to give me an uneducated response that the “tape on the box is not considered unusual” and is “consistent with how some suppliers package their products”.

I have seen, handled, and dealt with hundreds of sealed cases - I have never seen a case with tape in this format.

It raises the risk of a future buyer and even myself, being unsure the contents are authentic.

The only way to verify the case would be to open it and furthermore to verify no boxes have been swapped, you would have to rip each box inside - leaving me to only sell to a ripper with the insurance that if there are not the guarantees within the case, a refund is due.

This is a huge risk potential and the company generating a large revenue stream offers a 70% buyback, no compensation for the shipping fees already incurred, and a measly $250 credit towards their site so I can go through the same inconveniences I just went through.

I highly suggest not using this platform due to their greed factor and lack of customer support. Be careful of which teams you decide to put your money with.
