GOOGLE DROPPED 6 AI TOOLS — AND MOST PEOPLE MISSED THEM.
The standout: multimodal AI running fully offline on a normal laptop.
Gemma 4 12B:
- Text, images, audio, video natively
- Nothing leaves your machine
- Quantized to 1GB for older hardware
Six tools. Most people missed all of them.
Full breakdown below.
Wind energy has long faced criticism for its impact on birds, especially large raptors that collide with spinning turbine blades. But a landmark study at Norway’s Smøla Wind Farm has found a remarkably simple and low-cost solution: painting a single rotor blade black.
By creating high visual contrast, the black blade disrupts the “motion smear” effect, where rapidly spinning white blades can appear almost invisible or blurred to birds. This simple change made the turbines far more noticeable, reducing overall bird fatalities by more than 70% compared to neighboring unpainted turbines. The benefit was especially pronounced for vulnerable species like the white-tailed eagle.
The study, conducted over many years using a rigorous Before-After-Control-Impact design, shows that this low-tech modification offers a practical way to help reconcile renewable energy expansion with wildlife protection.
While smart site selection away from migration routes remains the highest priority, painting one blade black is a promising, easily implemented mitigation measure that could be adopted more widely.

TONIGHT YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS
Scroll until you fall asleep.
Or watch this.
A Stanford lecture on Agentic AI that teaches you more about how AI automation actually works than 6 months of copying Make and n8n tutorials.
Tool calling. Multi-step workflows. Planning. Reflection.
The foundations behind every automation system that actually works.
Most people learn this by copying tutorials blindly.
Stanford teaches you WHY agents work the way they do.
Watch the lecture first.
Then go through 9 real build projects across 2 weeks.
APIs. Webhooks. LLM integration. AI workflows.
No theory. Just build.
The people who do this weekend will understand AI automation at a level that makes everything they build after faster, cleaner, and more powerful.
The people who skip it will still be copying tutorials in 2027 wondering why nothing they build actually works.
Completely free.

MIT students rigged every window of a building with LEDs at midnight on Saturday.
Then played Tetris on it.
The entire building was the screen.
This is not a student project.
This is what happens when the smartest engineers in the world get bored on a Saturday night.
Most people their age are watching Netflix.
These people turned a 20 story building into a video game console.
The gap between what is technically possible and what most people think is possible is enormous.
MIT students live on the other side of that gap.
And they do it for fun.

You’ll be ahead of 95% of people using AI.
Most people won’t.
Because they’re still:

Free. Practical. No excuses.
This man said "here's your birthday gift" and handed his newborns a 529 investment account. No toys. No balloons. Just COMPOUND INTEREST.
And 23 years later? Both kids graduating debt-free from top universities. Total invested? $33,000. Returns? PRICELESS.
While the rest of us were debating which stroller to buy, this dad was already thinking 20 years ahead. Respect.
This is the reminder we all needed, we're not just investing for ourselves. We're investing for the next generation. For our kids. For their freedom.
The earlier you start, the less it hurts. The later you wait, the more it does.
The bond market just became Trump's secret tripwire.

Ex-Google CEO's BANNED Interview LEAKED: "You Have No Idea What's Coming"
Ex-Google CEO Eric Schmidt recently made headlines with some controversial comments about AI during an interview conduced at Stanford University. This interview was taken down at his request after he admitted to misspeaking. But did Eric Schmidt actually let on to something big coming in terms of the future of AI?
You just can't own enough Copper. Billionaire Robert Friedland sums it up perfectly..... You people have no idea whatsoever what we’re facing.
“We’re consuming 30m tonnes of copper a year. Only 4m tonnes of which is recycled. That means to maintain 3% GDP growth, with no electrification, we have to mine the same amount of copper in the next 18 years as we mined in the last 10,000 years, combined.
In the next 18 years, I’ve got to mine the same amount of copper as we mined the last 10,000 years. This is without any new electrification, without data centers, without solar and wind and the greening of the world economy. You people have no idea whatsoever what we’re facing.”
This teacher-turned-cognitive scientist shared a disturbing reality that left the room stunned.
“Our kids are LESS cognitively capable than we were at their age.”
Every previous generation outperformed its parents since we began recording in the late 1800s.
So, what happened?
Screens.
Dr. Jared Horvath explained:
“Gen Z is the first generation in modern history to underperform us on basically every cognitive measure we have, from basic attention to memory, to literacy, to numeracy, to executive functioning, to EVEN GENERAL IQ, even though they go to more school than we did.”
“So why? … The answer appears to be the tools we are using within schools to drive that learning (screens).”
“If you look at the data, once countries adopt digital technology widely in schools, performance goes down significantly, to the point where kids who use computers about five hours per day in school for learning purposes will score over two-thirds of a standard deviation LESS than kids who rarely or never touch tech at school. And that’s across 80 countries.”
But screens aren’t just decimating learning and making new generations less intelligent than the ones before them.
They’re doing something far worse. And when you take a closer look, it isn’t pretty. 🧵
Nuno Loureiro was assassinated yesterday
He was a professor + the director of MIT Plasma Science and Fusion Center
> 47 years old
> Studied nuclear fusion (= energy source of the Sun + stars) for 10 years at MIT
> His award-winning work focused on creating a virtually limitless, clean energy source on Earth - one that doesn’t produce carbon or radioactive waste (usual biproduct of fission reactors)
> His research was essentially a threat to companies in the energy sector (fossil fuels, wind, solar, etc)
> Nuno was vital to the development of fusion nuclear power plants, without him the path ahead is less clear + his death will set back the entire field
Nuno is not the first MIT fusion scientist to be brutally murdered, in 2004 Eugene Mallove was also shot in his home
I hope this opens eyes – there is an agenda at play
The mainstream media are finally reporting that 90% of doctors and nurses are refusing the flu shot. 73% refused the Covid 19 booster in 2024 that has also increased now to 90% in some hospitals. Why are 90% of Drs and nurses now ‘Anti-vaxxers’ ? Answers in the comments please !
UK REMOVES MEDICINAL MUSHROOMS FROM CIRCULATION:
"The UK has reached a new peak of insanity. Turkey tail and cordyceps mushroom products are now being removed from UK shelves and cannot be legally sold as food or supplements due to a new crackdown by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) re-classifying these mushrooms as "novel foods" because they lacked
"significant consumption" in the UK/EU before May 15, 1997.
This is an extremely bad faith argument because both mushrooms are revered across East Asia (including China, Japan, Korea, and the Himalayas) as potent adaptogens and tonics with zero recorded safety concerns in traditional medicine for hundreds to thousands of years.
Turkey tail grows abundantly in UK forests. So someone please explain how the turkey tail that literally grows wild in the UK is any different than what's been used for thousands of years in a nearby culture? There are zero cases of side effects or toxicity.
Also consider that functional mushrooms are the chosen target here, not the Phthalates, bisphenols (BPA), pesticides, heavy metals, PFAS ("forever chemicals") and literally over 10,000 chemicals routinely added to foods in the UK.
They will tell you it's not a "ban" but actually just a newly required costly pre-market authorisation (typically affordable only by large companies) but the truth is no artisan company actually making a real quality mushroom product that uses turkey tail or cordyceps will be able to jump through the hoops of these "authorisations".
As of now in the UK mushrooms cannot be legally sold as food or supplements. This has forced UK businesses like Bristol Fungarium, Mushies UK, Mogo Farm, and Marvellous Mushrooms to remove products from shelves, despite the mushrooms' centuries-old use in traditional medicine (e.g., turkey tail as a cancer adjunct in Japan) and no evidence of safety risks.
This is a trial run, to see how the population reacts. If there's not enough pushback, you know they're coming for where you live next. This is the on-going battle that will continue to be waged against natural foods and herbal medicines.
Share this and let's get the word out that this is unacceptable."
