The poor work to save some money in the banks, the bank lends that ka money to the rich at a low interest rate, lends the same money to the poor at a higher rate…. That’s capitalism. Meanwhile Bank of Uganda staff and other government official get BOU loans at 0%, they then invest it in Treasury Bonds and earn 10% per year in profits.

Such crooks will then tell you how you’re broke yet they committed fraud to be rich. Stupid.
