We share these stories not to shame, but to shine a light.
Silence protects systems. Stories protect people.
If you’ve lived this — you’re not alone. And your voice matters.
Healthcare workers shouldn’t have to choose between:
• Their job • Their integrity • Their safety
No one should be mobbed, bullied, or labeled “incompetent” just to create a paper trail.
Retaliation hides the truth. Accountability protects patients.
This isn’t an isolated story.
Across the country, healthcare workers are punished for reporting:
• Dangerous care • Compliance failures • Waste, Fraud & Abuse • Billing practices that put patients at risk
When honesty threatens leadership, retaliation becomes a weapon.
Mobbing = coordinated retaliation.
The goal is simple: Make the employee so stressed, isolated, and unsupported that they quit on their own.
And eventually, she did. Not because she was wrong — but because the system made it impossible to stay.

Instead of investigating the safety issues, leadership turned on the employee.
Rumors spread: “difficult,” “unstable,” “not a team player.” A trainer even claimed she “couldn’t understand accreditation tracers.”
This wasn’t coincidence. It was mobbing.
A hospital employee reported serious safety concerns:
fire beneath active ORs • Heart catheters stored in a trash room • gurney + sheets in a carpeted physician office with no sanitizer • ED waiting room items contaminated with used bloody gloves

A Story About Retaliation & Mobbing in Healthcare
Too many healthcare workers are punished for doing the right thing. This is what happens when someone reports dangerous conditions — and the system retaliates instead of fixing the problem.

What happened 2 Kaname? What happened 2 patient?
I know what happened 2 me. What happened 2 you?
If you know a family who lost an elderly female post‑surgery patient in the Treasure Valley 8–11 years ago message me. I will speak with FCA law firms.

When staff fear reporting, families are not protected.
When leadership buries failures, harm repeats.
This is why we’re speaking out.
This is why we’re fighting for transparency, documentation access, and accountability.

#WhatHappensWhenUInjureANurse
The story I shared this week wasn’t just about a fall. It was about a system that allowed a dangerous decision, hid the truth, and then promoted the person responsible into a position of authority over patient safety. When a system rewards dishonesty, patients are not safe.
Help me find this family so they can understand the magnitude of what happened to their loved one during the days she was most vulnerable.
Help me and Kaname -change the narrative by shedding light on the problem — and by enacting laws.

I know of one “patient fall” that was anything but that.
It was intentional harm. Intentional retaliation. A gruesome death.
As the nurse explained to me: “That’s what happens when you injure a nurse.”

I’ve heard from so many patients in the Treasure Valley who fear being injured in their local hospital — and who cannot find Idaho legal firms willing to represent them.
Some are in their 30s. Some lost the ability to work.

The nurse working on the day of the injury never returned to work.
Nampa is still a small town in many ways — and this incident shows how deeply that matters.
