#EndSARS is a marathon not a sprint!! It’s 6 months since 20.10.20. May the souls of our dearly beloved brothers & sisters continue to Rest In Peace!!
I still can’t believe it’s been 6months since the horrific events of 20-10-20!
And yet noone has been held to account for killing innocent Nigerians in broad day light.
It’s sickening. #EndSARS
Because we slow down, we see a lot more. Here’s what we see. We see those who:
1. Tweeted about #EndSARS only when the energy was too high to ignore and their silence would indicate complicity.
2. Went silent after #EndSARS protesters were murdered by the Nigerian army.
The UK parliament said : There is a need to set a distinction between the looters & hoodlums from the actual peaceful protesters - meanwhile members of the Lagos House of Assembly were saying we were all one. I don't know how Foreigners can me more for us than our own kin.
Hello @channelstv why did you stop playing this video and why didn't you use it to counter Lai Muhammed's lies! You were on ground and you're ignoring all the lies now. #EndSARS
The @UKLabour is calling for independent investigations into the allegations against SARS units, as well as military, security and policing forces responsible for attacks on protesters, that could lead to targeted Magnitsky-style sanctions against responsible individuals. 1/2
🚨BEWARE of Fact Check Nigeria @factchecknig (ID 3130979235)🚨
It does NOT comply with global fact-checking standards e.g impartiality. Only counters #EndSARS
Created 2015. Originally @5iveMuzic then @5iveMusicGroup. How did it then become FCN @choccitymusic@audu@tolaOdunsi?
In Nigeria, a social media campaign targeting #EndSARS activists and NGO's has surfaced in recent weeks.
The same accounts also share content propping up the Nigerian army, President Buhari and the incumbent government.
