Happy Birthday to President George W. Bush.
He lied us into war in Iraq, empowered a police state of surveillance on American citizens, and spent even more than the Democrats.
My book — The Bush Crime Family — is a true story of assassination, pedophilia, drug trafficking, eugenics, S&L fraud, and financing Adolf Hitler’s war machine.
What happens when a President Declares a "National Emergency?"
When the president declares a national emergency, it immediately unlocks over 130 extraordinary statutory powers. These authorities allow the executive branch to bypass normal legislative processes, redirect federal funding, and restrict certain domestic activities to address an immediate crisis.
These broad presidential powers are governed by the National Emergencies Act (NEA) and permit the following actions:
Economic Control:
The president can use the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) to impose sanctions, regulate international commerce, and freeze foreign or domestic bank accounts.
Military & Defense Flexibility:
The military can be deployed domestically, and the president can bypass normal bidding procedures for national defense contracts. It also allows the redirection of existing defense funds for military construction projects.
Communications Regulation:
The Communications Act of 1934 allows the president to regulate, restrict, or shut down wire and radio communication facilities during a crisis.
Resource Management:
Through the Defense Production Act, the president can prioritize contracts, allocate national resources, and incentivize increased production for essential civilian and military needs.
Checks and Balances:
Once declared, the emergency continues for one year unless terminated by the president or by a joint resolution of Congress. While Congress has the authority to vote to end a national emergency, doing so often requires a veto-proof majority to overcome a presidential veto.
Congress has the power to deport Mamdani and stop the communist revolution taking root in our cities because of America’s broken immigration system.
We are done with America’s lax immigration policies.
Pass the REMIGRATION Act.

SETH RICH UPDATE: Today an attorney for the government told me that I would soon be getting confirmation that several hundred pages of documents related to Seth Rich were found in a previously-hidden room at FBI headquarters. You may recall that on July 30, 2025, Fox News Digital reported that newly-installed FBI Director Kash Patel and his leadership team had located an unmapped / sealed area within the J. Edgar Hoover Building's SCIF.
Last year’s Fox report described "burn bags" that contained thousands of pages of classified files intended for destruction, and those files were linked back to the 2016 "Crossfire Hurricane" investigation. Now it appears the Seth Rich records were among the files designated for destruction.
Mind you, I don’t have anything in hand yet. I don’t even know whether the FBI will agree to release a single page of what it found. Nonetheless, any confirmation that the files were in the secret SCIF raises a lot of questions. At the very least, some very high-level people had something to hide.
The FBI originally told me in 2017 that it had no records whatsoever about Seth Rich because it was not involved in the investigation of his death. We were told he died in a “botched robbery” and only the local police were investigating it.
Since that time, the FBI has gradually admitted to possession of several thousand pages of documents about Seth, his work laptop, an image of his personal laptop, and another DVD. Nonetheless, on June 15, 2026, I had to file yet another motion (https://t.co/FsVfNU9rMo) explaining how the FBI is withholding records in violation of court orders.
If the FBI is still fighting transparency so hard on other fronts (and it is), then why would it acknowledge that records about Seth had been hidden in the SCIF? I don’t know. Maybe Joe DiGenova’s grand jury investigation in Miami is putting some heat on the players in DC?
I can tell you this much for sure: nobody on Capitol Hill has been willing to touch this subject with a ten-foot pole. The murder of Seth Rich – and the resulting cover-up – is as radioactive as any topic I’ve ever seen. I hope that changes soon, and I’ll post updates as soon as I know more.
BTW, I’m not suicidal. I feel great.

"This man was born in 1809.
In 1816, at age 7, he was forced to work because his family was expelled.
In 1818, he lost his mother.
In 1828, he lost his sister.
In 1831, he opened his first business and went bankrupt.
In 1832, he stood in the legislative elections and lost.
In 1833, he borrowed money to open another business and went bankrupt again.
In 1835, he met a wonderful woman. He falls in love with her, they get engaged, and she dies.
In 1836, he entered a dark period of his life: deep depression.
He remains bedridden for 6 consecutive months. But he gets up.
He gets up and in that same year of 1836 he runs in the legislative elections and loses again.
In 1840 he presented himself as an elector; he loses.
In 1842, he met the woman he would end his life with.
They fall in love, get engaged, get married and she gives him 4 children and they lose 3 (three).
In 1843, he appeared at the congresses and lost.
In 1845, he appeared again at the congresses and lost again.
In 1850, his son died.
In 1854, he ran for the Senate and lost.
In 1856, he ran for Vice President, he didn't even have 100 votes.
In '58, he ran again for the Senate and lost again.
And in 1860 ABRAHAM LINCOLN was elected President of the United States of America 🇺🇸.
He was elected for two exceptional terms (he was assassinated in beginning of the second term.) He was one of the most respected and impactful Presidents in the history of the United States 🇺🇸.
It's important to tell this story of perseverance because we see the hero, but we don't see the backstage of the afflictions. "
Wow. ...
What a great example of Never Never Never Give Up! 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Today, I had the privilege of visiting the breathtaking hand-painted American flag at the Culbertson Family Farm in Newburg, Pennsylvania—a stunning tribute in celebration of America250.
Spanning two acres, this remarkable work of art is a powerful reminder of the ideals that have united our nation for nearly 250 years: faith, freedom, sacrifice, and the enduring spirit of the American people. Seeing Old Glory displayed on such a grand scale was both humbling and inspiring.
My heartfelt thanks to the Culbertson family for sharing their creativity, patriotism, and love of country with the community. Their extraordinary tribute reminds us of the generations of Americans who have defended our liberty and the responsibility we all share to preserve it for those who follow.
As we celebrate America's 250th birthday, may we never take our freedoms for granted and always strive to preserve this great nation for future generations.
Mitch McConnell clearly had a communist Chinese handler.
Communist China owns thousands of acres of our farmland, members of Congress, and Supreme Court justices.
If you want to know which members of Congress are compromised, start with the ones who refuse to do whatever it takes to pass the Save America Act.
