@jordanbpeterson If it works for you. I have non-diabetic hypoglycemia and those diets make my glucose levels dangerously drop. A few times I blacked out due to low blood sugar levels and another shook uncontrollably until I took a glucose tablet. Against if they work for you -great.

@sun_girlxo Most of my extended family was married in the Catholic Church. Only two divorces. My parents stayed married but my dad was alcoholic and abusive and died via suicide. I did not have good role models and envied my cousins.
