On April Fool's Day, I thought I was having a heart attack. No Joke. So I went on a quest to get healthy.

Still one of my all time favorite running photos. The American River 50 Mile Endurance Run is my favorite 50 miler. I won't be running it this weekend, but I will be pacing my buddy Lucas. Looking forward to fun times with all my ultra peeps. https://t.co/m2McFp9G1X

Over the years, I have become a public figure through my running. I got noticed because of Endorphin Dude and the cape, but I believe people continued to follow me because I am that under dog who just won't give up... https://t.co/gr2E73fwEG

Mile 74.5. Less than a marathon left. The clock says 21 hours. 9 hours left to run less than a marathon. https://t.co/9HbKKvc7uQ

I changed socks at mile 44.5, which made a world of difference. My crew REALLY took care of me, as is evident in this clip. https://t.co/cDVMAnC0DE

Made it to the mile 44.5 aid station. That hike up Last Gasp to The Overlook made me gasp a few times. https://t.co/85BOXHT6Al

My crew took very good care of me. AND THERE’S NO FREAKING WEDDING! https://t.co/UuN8UCYdUH

No serious injury here, I’m still slated to run Rio Del Lago. Jennifer Walker is an awful human being for laughing at my pain. https://t.co/bQTekASQH7
