Yeah, I'm now thinking of the desert in Egypt and we still didn't get a tow. Just lots of digging then ramps in. Dig, ramps in. etc etc

Yep Greg will hunt you down. We where one of the handful of cars that never went on a truck, plan or un arranged ferry and never got a tow.

Car was shuttering so hard this morning. We lost an engine mount and then missed the following time sections Tommorow we head for Namibia

Another tough day. Car is almost not drivable in the rough. It just shatters and bounces down the road like a bouncy ball.

Up early again tomorrow to try come up with a plan B. Holden parts are not easy to find around here.

Our poor car is suffering issues with the shocks. After replacing 4 new shocks yesterday we pulled the front 2 shocks out of there housings

Latest sad news was car 6 caught fire whilst on the bcd of a tow truck and it along with the truck burnt to the ground.

Its been a while. Since the last tweet, we have passed through Ethiopia, Kenya and now Tanzania. Plenty of action all round.

9 days in and finally had the first swim in the Red Sea. And saw a camel at the same time.
In a few hours we are of to Saudi Arabia.
