This is called COCONUT APPLE and it is safe to eat!

It is a delicacy in some tropical regions like South America's, the Caribbean, West Africa and Asia.

What happened here is that the Coconut is over-matured and it has started sprouting by itself.

When coconut matured and it's not harvested, it began to sprout. When it begins to sprout the meat (white part we eat) begin to consume the water.

When it consumes the water, it turns the interior/water into a soft, edible, spongy mass. This edible mass is called "COCONUT APPLE"

It is safe to eat, it's a natural process of regeneration and it's well sought for by the rich as it's rare and a good meal.

Please don't throw it away, you're a lucky one to see a coconut apple. Eat it for a good experience.

He was accused of stealing ₦2 million after allegedly breaking into someone's house in Enugu. He was handcuffed and brutally tortured to the point that he could barely see with his eyes.

Throughout the torture, he repeatedly insisted that he knew nothing about the crime. His denial only made the local vigilantes intensify the t()rture, hoping to force him to confess.
But the young man made a powerful statement:
"I swore to myself and my family that I am innocent. I would rather die than admit to a crime I know nothing about."
It was later discovered that CCTV footage from the house completely vindicated him. He was innocent of the alleged crime.

What a world!
What if there had been no CCTV footage to prove his innocence?
What if he had d!ed during the turture?
