ESPN sources: Green Bay WR Christian Watson and the Packers reached agreement today on a four-year, $110.5 million contract extension that includes a $31 million signing bonus.
Devin Lloyd on Jackson Kuwatch:
“Long, athletic and curious. Very humble. He wants to get better. He wants to learn — wants to grow. He wants to get it right.”
Seeing Devin Lloyd step into a mentor role this early in his #Panthers career would be amazing to see.

I’m seeing some people get wayyy ahead of themselves!!
There is no doubting his ability, but his issue is he cannot stay healthy. Until this is sorted I can’t really hold an opinion.
The A.J. Brown era in Philly is officially over.
The #Eagles have traded Brown to the #Patriots in exchange for a 2028 first-round pick and a 2027 fifth-rounder, sources tell The Insiders. The expected deal is now completed.
Free agent WR Odell Beckham Jr. will workout for the #Giants on Monday, per league source.
Both sides have remained in contact for months, and there remains mutual interest in a reunion.

Grade C+
Notable players in:
• Devin Lloyd - FA (Jaguars)
• Jackson Kuwatch - Draft (Miami OH)
Notable Players out:
• Christian Rozeboom - FA (Buccaneers)
• Josey Jewell - Retired
The Grade of C+ I believe is a fairly generous grade given the fact that this is without doubt the worst area of the field for the Carolina Panthers. Last season was a historically bad season for the Panthers LB room. Trevin Wallace was graded by PFF to be 66th in TKL, 77th in assists, 77th in Stops, and 72nd in pressure rate, all out of 88 qualifying LBs. And the other starter, Christian Rozeboom was no better coming 75/88 LBs. Rozeboom was never intended to be starter as it was always intended that Josey Jewell would be the main guy. However, with Jewell retiring due to concussion issue it left us with a huge gap in quality, one that became very apparent throughout the season.
For a playoff team, that is looking to improve further, it was obvious going into the offseason that if this position isn’t addressed then we will not progress as an organisation. It was essential we sorted this area out so what better way to do this then by going out and getting the best player available, Devin Lloyd on a 3yr $45 million deal from Jacksonville. Lloyd is the reason I have managed to get this group graded as C+ because the introduction is MASSIVE. Without question the best player we could’ve picked up I am so excited about this new addition to the team and it showed real intent from the front office displaying our desire to compete. Lloyd put himself on the map last season with multiple career games and he was a very highly demanded player. Getting this one over the line was a big win.
Although I loved this addition, I can’t help but feel we are still undercooked in the area. Aside from Lloyd there is no real quality. Wallace still remains, Cherelus has been brought back and although we picked up Jackson Kuwatch in the 7th round of the draft, it is hard to imagine he is a player to rely on in the immediate future. I still have big fears over this position being a major weakness for us due to the lack of depth, but Lloyd is someone to for sure be excited about and maybe he can raise the standard of the rest of the room. This position certainly feels like a ‘watch this space’ vibe.

Who is too high or too low?
Canales giving up play calling I think will be his best decision yet.
His best attribute I’ve seen is his ability to be a good coach to the players and maintain that culture.
I found he got to caught in his own mind last year and taking himself away from the play calling allows him to thrive in his other areas.
"I think if you're hired because of your play calling you should not give up play calling..
I think Dave Canales is a good play caller so I don't love that he's giving it up" ~ @danorlovsky7#PMSLive
