Když to vememe tak, že každý den kdy vykouří cigarety, se to riziko zvýší o nějakou část - řekněme o 100 bodů, tak stejné kouření nahřívaného tabáku či liquidů to zvýší "jen" o 65 bodů

Nesnižují ta rizika přímo
Ale pokud kuřák přejde z cigaret na nahřívaný tabák nebo liquidy, tak se to riziko sníží, protože už do sebe nebude dostávat ty nebezpečné látky (respektive tolik těch nebezpečných látek) co z klasických cigaret.

İt will make her life easier, with star management, while not directly increasing her power.
The fifth star will be only for recall.
