Das Gericht stellte nun klar, dass die Tochter an der Klassenfahrt teilnehmen muss, weil es zur Schulpflicht gehört. Man bot sogar noch einen Kompromiss an, dass ein Elternteil mitfahren könne, dies lehnten die Eltern jedoch ab.
