We are aware of a car on Walpole Bay beach today - council Officers and the Police have both been in attendance.

Unauthorised vehicles on the beach are in breach of the current PSPO, and will be fined £100.

😔 We recently attended this #flytipping incident on farmland in Reading Street Road in Broadstairs, featuring construction waste from a refurbished bathroom.

A flytipper was ordered to pay the sum of £1,180 after pleading guilty earlier this week to #flytipping this waste.

📷 The court was shown images of the 2019 incident, which was captured by a covert TDC CCTV camera operation.

📷 TDC CCTV caught someone thoughtlessly #flytipping furniture on Canterbury Road, Margate a few weeks ago.

❌ This is illegal! We will prosecute or fine anyone we catch fly tipping, as this person found out.

Our Enforcement Team had a busy day on Friday, working with @kent_police to make one arrest and two vehicle seizures in relation to #Flytipping and Waste Offences in #Thanet.
