As part of their Innovation Training, our students visited the @NCCUKinfo , @Future_Space_ and the @BristolRobotLab this week.

They gained fantastic insights into various aspects along the innovation pathway: from academic research into soft robotics, early-stage startups developing everything from electric aircraft ‘buses’ to live biotherapeutic products, to composites research and development at scale.

At the weekend, our students had a lot of fun participating in the European SynBio Hackathon.

By combining expertise, creativity, and mentorship, participants worked together to create solutions that address global challenges across health, sustainability, agrifood, and beyond.
