Jesus is indeed Jehovah God of the Old Testament

Isaiah 43:11 I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.
In this statement God, who is a jealous God-and certainly will not share
His glory with another-declares in an absolute way that He alone is Saviour.
And yet, when we come to the New Testament, we find this shocking declaration made:
Luke 2:11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
"Born" this day-a Saviour-which is JEHOVAH-no, it doesn't say that, but it says, "which is Christ the Lord".
Now either there's an enormous contradiction in the Bible, or, Jesus is Jehovah. And given that Jehovah is God and the Bible insists that Jesus is God we can definitively know that Jesus is indeed Jehovah God of the Old Testament:
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
And,
1 Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh,
God manifested in the flesh. Or, to use another of God's names, Jehovah manifested in the flesh.
