Mr. Ssempebwa, the other thing that requires urgent attention is clear road markings especially on highways. It is very easy for a vehicle to drift of course since our roads are covered in darkness and are very narrow. Markings made out of the right paint/materials could save lives. The old jinja road is terrible at this and many more.
