Payne digs in w/ 2K and punches a FB thru the left side for his 3rd hit of the contest:

Bat to ball skill was evident on the weekend. Dependable glove across 3 infield positions 👍🏻

It was a great fall experience and I’m grateful to @EngagedBaseball. Finished the season at a .500 batting average(15-30). Continuing to work on my swing and speed. Also working with @ElevateUPerform and @faizolbouchard8. Here’s some recent swings plus a timed 60.

2027 | INF/RHP | Owen McVay (@owenmc34, @EngagedBaseball)

Productive day at the plate for McVay in a pair of wins for Engaged on the doubleheader.

Strong 5’11 frame w/ some violent pull side intentions. Found production from the middle of the order in this look 👍🏻

Congratulations to the 2026 Prep Baseball KC Fall Super Select 14u (D1/D2) Champions, Engaged Athletics Black!

2028 | C | Davin Koontz (@koontzdavin2028, @EngagedBaseball)

Productive Sunday at the dish for Koontz reaching multiple times in both rounds for Engaged:

Plenty to like in the profile for the 6’0, 180lb LHH backstop. Present bat speed w/ some developing feel to hit.

Adds a consistent sub 2 pop from the chute 👍🏻

#KCFallOpen | @PrepBaseballKS

[Prep Baseball KC Scouting @Jimmy_PBKC]

2030 | OF | Erik Johnson (@EngagedBaseball)

Johnson proved to be a top of the order spark for Engaged across their DH with 3 hits in the action.

Present speed translates well to both sides of the 💎. Barrel works IZ early w/ accuracy.

[Prep Baseball KC Scouting @Jimmy_PBKC]

2030 | INF | Brayden Julius (@EngagedBaseball)

Julius gets Engaged off to a hot start launching this FB deep into the pull side gap for a RBI 2B.
