@NBCDigitalNews This is abuse of power from the speaker. There are people confirming they banged the table, why are they not subjected to the same rule?
This speech is the reason for that "love letter" from USA- baby Rubio. South African Right wing racists think that it is about them.🤣
If one thinks that genocide is fine, illegal wars are legitimate, kidnapping a President and killing babies is cool, they need psychiatric help!
Bad Generalization. In 2026 alone, we graduated between 300 to 400 Masters Degrees. Am sure you didn’t see even half of that figure on Twitter. That is just for 2026!!!

It would seem that the Young SHOUTING Minister of ICT need to Control the GEARS of her MOUTH. If my information is wrong why did they have MANY MEETINGS and GROUP CALLs last NIGHT and THIS MORNING, until now? It is actually WORSE than what we thought. Not only is the 400 Million RMB Loan NOT guaranteed by Treasury, it was granted against a balance sheet that had UNDERWATER CABLE (WACS) - an important National Asset that has effectively been COLLATERALIZED. At default, the Bank can have their hands on this ASSET. Government plans to have these assets moved to POWERCOM are in CHECKMATE. There is more. Let’s Return to the PROMISED CONTRACTS. See the two Contracts signed on Last Minute INJURY TIME by the former CEO. We have circulated them in FULL on WHATSAPP and TELEGRAM. No TENDER or PROCUREMENT PROCEDURES were followed WHATSOEVER. In fact, MANAGEMENT OPPOSED THIS CORRUPT CONNECTED CONTRACTS. If the Young SHOUTING Minister is still Confident, including what the connected Contract Winners & Board Members say at Alcohol outlets, let her CONTINUE. It is all up to her, CONTROL THE GEARS, as for us will CONTINUE to Fight Corruption no matter what‼️‼️
Affirmative Repositioning leader Professor Job Amupanda has commended the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform, Inge Zaamwani, for correcting the Land Tribunal submission after concerns were raised about its compliance with the law.
Professor Amupanda praised the minister for taking the concerns into account and making the necessary changes instead of proceeding with a submission that did not comply with the law.
He encouraged other government ministers to take a similar approach when bringing matters before Parliament, saying submissions should be properly considered and comply with legal requirements.
Prof. Amupanda was speaking during debate on the appointment of five members to the Land Tribunal for a three-year term.

A National Prayer Day has no place in a secular state. Besides, it achieves nothing. They also pray who rob us blind. Namibia’s societal problems can only be solved if people simply learn to behave and give unto others the rights we fought for.
WE WILL CHALLENGE ... Affirmative Repositioning leader Job Amupanda on Tuesday said the party will challenge the approval of Gerson Sindano's nomination for the Electoral Commission of Namibia chairperson position. Sindano received 49 votes while opposition parties, bar the United Democratic Front, chose to walk out in protest.

And what happened to economic emancipation? What is the use of having political freedom if the majority of people still cannot afford to enjoy a decent standard of living?
People are struggling to afford housing and food, the healthcare system is under pressure, and there are even shortages of essential medicines. And this is the government you are proud of?
Our parents could afford housing, put food on the table and access medical care during apartheid. Today, after decades of independence, the government cannot even properly maintain some of the hospitals it inherited. In fact, you building a N$1 billion building next to a hospital that is already falling apart. Surely, priorities must be questioned.
Maybe you should focus on your life in America and enjoy the opportunities you have there, while leaving Namibia to those who genuinely care about its future and want to see it become better for ordinary Namibians.
And for your information, we would have liberated Namibia ourselves had we been given the opportunity. Our concern has always been the wellbeing and dignity of our people, not simply defending a political party regardless of its performance.
@fireshikomba Why are you people pained by someone you didn't vote .hold those you vote accountable ,as majority trusted the ruling party to represent them yet they attack opposition parties.
@fireshikomba Is Dr. Job the government? And by the way NNN promised 500000 jobs..where are they🤔 You seem to have changed your tune after the Sisa entanglement. Are you paying off some kind of debt 🤔
And to you, that is not a point worth making?
You have entrusted SWAPO with your vote, but what have they actually done with that trust so far?
They are in Parliament, singing freedom songs instead of fulfilling the promises they made to the masses. While ordinary Namibians continue to struggle with housing, unemployment, and the rising cost of living, those in power are accused of using public influence and resources for personal benefit.
Instead of prioritising affordable housing and making land available for thousands of Namibians, we continue to witness situations where land that could potentially accommodate hundreds of houses is acquired for personal use.
Since independence, this country has, in many respects, continued to decline rather than progress as it should. Yet somehow, some of you are more concerned about attacking the opposition than holding the people you voted into power accountable.
You gave them your vote. Hold them accountable. Ask them where the promises went. Ask them what they have delivered.
We cannot keep defending political parties blindly while ordinary people continue to suffer.
Let’s have some shame, guys. Call out the people you entrusted with your vote before pointing fingers at everyone else.

The NEW ADMINISTRATION has done VERY BADLY in FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY for Money Given to Government Offices, Ministries and Agencies. Under the NEW GOVERNMENT, More than N$ 70 Billion CANNOT be PROPERLY ACCOUNTED for. Only, N$ 11 Billion can be PROPERLY ACCOUNTED for. The GOOD PERFORMERS have REDUCED or DECLINED while BAD PERFORMANCE (probably including the corrupt) have INCREASED, like High Blood Pressure. It’s BAD BAD BAD! We will hold them accountable!
This massive, curved concrete marvel stands 80 meters tall and stretches 518 meters long across the Fish River Canyon, in Namibia. Built at a cost of N$5.7 billion (approx. US$310 million) of taxpayer money.
It is the largest dam in Namibia and stands as one of the most magnificent engineering feats of roller-compacted concrete (RCC) in all of Southern Africa.
If the right plans, political will, and private-public partnerships are deployed, Neckartal has the potential to completely transform our economy.
Unlocking a 5,000-hectare irrigation scheme for high-value crops like grapes, dates, and lucerne. Thousands of sustainable agricultural and tourism jobs for Namibians, if proper strategies are deployed!
We Need ROI Now!
While the dam frequently overflows with pristine water, the reality is stark, Phase 2 (the irrigation infrastructure) is stalled. Years after completion, millions of cubic meters of water are literally sitting idle in the desert while our people crave jobs and food security.
We cannot afford to let a N$5.7 billion investment sit as a beautiful monument. The slow pace must end and time for action, strategy, and a real Return on Investment (ROI) for Namibians is NOW. 🇳🇦💼🌱
