Update:- for replacing order they need 15 days to do that and when I try to connect with representative all they have is bogus assurance and their seniors are not available to assist me. @flipkartsupport

I forgot to mention that this order comes under Plus F-assured scheme from Flipkart where they do 6 quality checks #flipkartscam
