@BillyBostickson @Rebecca21951651 The reliable way I was able to line stuff up in China to google maps:
Use Baidu maps and Google earth side by side in satellite mode and find the correct Baidu location. Then pin the same location in Google Earth and export that. You may have to change sat picture year sometimes.
