@HelpdeskMCA21V3 and @MCA21India are seriously failing stakeholders.

In 2024, we applied for incorporation of a Nidhi Limited Company and paid around ₹67,000 in government fees — twice. After successful submission and completion of the process, the application was suddenly rejected with the remark that “Nidhi incorporation is closed.”

There was no prior public notice, warning, or information before accepting applications and collecting fees from applicants.

For the last 2.5 years, we have been struggling for a refund. No proper response to emails, no update, no accountability, and no refund status till today.

This is causing financial loss and harassment to genuine applicants and professionals.

We request immediate intervention from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and refund of the fees collected.

I would like to inform you that my business account has been put on Freeze & hold due to a cyber transaction complaint,
I would like to state that, Freezed Bank account was our official business account through which we receive payments from customers and clients for consultancy services provided by our company. I have sent proper evidence and documents for verification process to unfreeze but still not received any update and i am unable to use my business account and the capital amount by which operate business expenses.
