Iโve learned that the best ideas rarely come from the government โ they come from the person waking up early to run a business or fetch water in their community.
So, just one question:
If you could change ONE thing in Sokoto tomorrow (realistically), what would it be?
After Converting to Islam, he decided to submit his papers to work as a police officer in Britain. While submitting his papers, he told them, "If you accept me, I have three conditions that I cannot waive:"
1. I must pray the Friday prayer in the Mosque.
2. I must always be allowed to perform the five daily prayers at their specified times.
3. I must keep my beard bcus I want to be identified by it as a Muslim.
Brother Daniel, according to his interview with the program "By the Quran, I Have Been Guided," confirmed that he has learned Arabic nd obtained a license to recite the Holy Quran "correctly" with Tajweed.
He studies Tafsir (exegesis) and is actively and publicly calling people to Islam.
He says, "I am a Muslim and I am proud to be a Muslim. I do not want to hide my Islam. I want everyone who sees me to recognize me as a Muslim."
I learned from Islam: It doesn't matter whether you do a lot or a little. What matters is that you do what you can.
We ask Allaah to grant him steadfastness and beneficial knowledge.
Thank God I didn't' invest in South Africa:
Today #Xenophobic attacks in South Africa confirm our analysis of the "Country's Political & Economic Risks Assessments" sometimes called "Due Diligence on Host Country Risk" which we conducted in 2019, to evaluate the risks involved for a foreign investment in South Africa was 100% correct.
Back then we looked at the potentiality of Government's changing investment rules or nationalizing assets, in addition to Civil unrest, or citizens attacking foreign-owned businesses as is happening now.
To show how prepared I was to invest in that country, one of my children was even born at the Netcare Park Lane Hospital in Parktown Johannesburg and I gave him a Zulu name THEMBA meaning Aminu (the trustworthy) which is equally used by Xhosa, Swati & Ndebele tribes.
Today would have been a regret day to me because one friend who invested in their transport sectors is grounded due to these current Xenophobia. Almost all of his transport vehicles were seized and taken away by the same South African drivers he employed! This is so sad!

In Nigeria we have "Professional Regulations" but are VERY POORLY implemented.
When last did you hear about anyone being punished for not abiding by any regulation or code - like the Electricity regulation when working on electrical equipment?
Do NEPA staff use the proper rated electrical gloves when working on live electrical lines? Do plumbers use the proper rated pipes, joints & earthing when carrying out their duties? Do masons use the proper mixture of cement, gravel & sand to comply with Building regulations?
Who checks & punish them? No one! Yes, I mean no one!
That's why building collapses which you don't hear in other countries will continue in Nigeria. That's why transformers keep blowing up and petrol tankers keep falling & burning thousands of innocent souls!
Only in Nigeria you see LNG/CNG tankers in the middle of crazy roads traffics computing for drive ways with other motorists at rush hours! Zero safety!
When will this change? When can we be aware, I mean proper awareness & act the way we should? Your guess is good as mine! Allah Ya sawaqa!
Sometimes you have to let people think you are the fool. That's not because you are one. It's because, that's what will bring you peace and tranquility so that you move on! So, let them think whatever about you but as long as it doesn't affect your inner peace, pls be the fool they think you are! At least you know that they are the true fools! Sometimes, acting foolish, isn't foolish. Don't argue every misconception about you & don't defend every accusation against you. Let them have it. That's discipline, that's control & be patient, the right moment is just by the corner! You'll be vindicated!
I came to realize that "Man cries not because he is weak, but because he has been patient against all odds for too long!" To be patient, make a man! But if you are not brave enough, you will cave in as no amount of odds can break the firmness of a determined man!"! Alhamdulillah Ala Kullu Hali
And thank you @ceoFODALCOgrp
Slogan of peace on their lips but hungry for wars in their hearts. They called for peace negotiation in Qatar while they attacked at night claiming self defence! The West's imperialism mentality knows no humanity!
Grateful for your continued support. I remain committed to our party's vision and respect the guidance of our leaders. I congratulate the nominees for Sokoto North & South Federal Constituency under the APC for the upcoming 2027 General Election. Patience and unity will see us through, in sha Allah."
This breaks my heart. Seeing him shaking, scared, and helpless is something no human being should ever have to go through.
Itโs time we start asking ourselves hard, honest questions.
What kind of society are we becoming if we turn against one another like this?
South African citizens living abroad are not treated this way, yet here we are, choosing to bully and attack fellow Africans living among us.
We cannot normalize this madness. We cannot stay silent.
Enough is enough. This must stop.
โผ๏ธ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ท๐บ On the morning of April 25, JNIM, an affiliate of Al Qaeda carried out a surprise attack North of the Malian capital.
The terrorists initially overran the positions of the Malian Army but were eliminated by Malian reinforcement units and the Russian African Corp (Wagner).
Heavy fighting is still ongoing in the city of Kidal, Kati and Gao. Joint air operations are also used in the counteroffensive.
"The terrorist launched waves of bodies attempting to overwhelm but suffered heavy casualties. The situation is under control. Stay away from propaganda online aimed to cause disruption" โ Malian Military
During the counter attack, it was noted that multiple of the terrorists were wearing uniforms of the Malian Army. The terrorists infiltrated the camps and began their attacks before being neutralized.
The islamists also used drones, which have stark similarities with ones made by Ukraine, while other sources in Mali claim western forces/intelligence helped in planning the attack.
The fight continues, Mali continues to fight with military support from surrounding African nations.
