Sometimes I genuinely feel crypto is just more convenient.

After trading US stocks for a while, you realize — all these things we take for granted in crypto? Traditional brokerages don't have any of them.
That's basically why I do almost all my US stock trading on an exchange now.

Take Bitget's rToken, for example.

1. Settlement: Traditional brokerages are T+1 — you sell today, the funds are available tomorrow. rToken is T+0 — instant settlement, and you can buy something else right away.

2. Trading hours: Traditional brokerages run 9:30–16:00 ET, with limited pre- and post-market sessions, and closed on weekends. rToken is 24/7 — you can react to breaking news the moment it hits.

3. Funding: Traditional brokerages require bank wire transfers that take three days. rToken lets you buy directly with USDT — funds arrive instantly.

4. Capital efficiency: With a traditional brokerage, once you buy Nvidia, that capital is locked up. With rToken, your position can serve directly as collateral for futures or USDT borrowing — the same capital is simultaneously a stock position and working margin.

5. Transparency: rToken has daily Proof of Reserves audits by an independent third party, publicly verifiable.

Lately, tokenized U.S. stocks have been popping up more and more, and quite a few friends have been asking me:

With so many products out there, how exactly should you pick one?

For me, one really key criterion is liquidity.

Being able to buy is just step one—what truly shapes the trading experience is whether you can get in at a reasonable price, and when you need to adjust your position, whether you can sell out smoothly.

This is especially true during static trading sessions, where the differences in order book depth, bid-ask spreads, and trading activity across products can be way bigger than you'd imagine.

Recently, I did a side-by-side comparison using CRCL, looking at several mainstream tokenized U.S. stock products: rToken, Ondo, xStock, and bStock.

First, the top-of-book depth at the time:
xStock: about $52 on both sides combined
Ondo: about $577
bStock: about $6,544
rCRCL: about $13,093

Among them, rCRCL had about $6,888 in bids and $6,205 in asks, fairly balanced on both sides.

In other words, rCRCL's top-of-book depth was roughly twice that of bStock, and the gap was even more pronounced compared to xStock and Ondo.

On spreads:
bStock: about 0.01 USDT
xStock: about 0.04 USDT
Ondo: about 0.07 USDT
rCRCL: about 0.09 USDT

On this metric, rToken wasn't the tightest—bStock had the narrower quotes at the time.

But real trading isn't just about the spread.

If the orders at the best price aren't deep enough, once your order size scales up, you'll keep eating into the book further back, and your actual cost will pile on slippage too.

So rather than looking at quotes in isolation, I prefer to evaluate spreads alongside order book depth.

bStock shone on spreads this time, but rCRCL had a thicker book and more balanced sides for buying and selling.

Finally, 24-hour volume:
Ondo: about $103,000
xStock: about $540,000
bStock: about $849,000
rToken: about $500 million

From this static order book snapshot on CRCL, while rToken didn't have the tightest spread, it outperformed overall on book depth, bid-ask balance, and trading activity.
That's also why I think rToken is a solid buying option.

It's not just about letting crypto users buy tokenized stocks—more importantly, it's trying to turn traditional stock assets into base layers that are actually suited for crypto traders.

24/7 trading, unified accounts, API strategies, and more flexible ways to use funds—these might matter more to crypto natives than just "one more stock you can buy."

From this hands-on test with CRCL, rToken has a clear edge in overall trading experience.

I also checked a few hot tickers like SPY, QQQ, and NVDA, and their book depths and activity levels were solid across the board.

The above data comes from order book observations during a specific static trading session—spreads, depths, and volumes will fluctuate with the market, this just reflects this particular test, and it doesn't constitute investment advice. #rToken liquidity goes beyond your imagination
