પણ ગરીબ માણસોને ધંધેથી ઉઠાડીને ગાડીઓમાં ભરી જવા એ ક્યાંનો ન્યાય છે ? બિચારા રોજનું કમાઈને રોજ ખાનારા છે, આજે એમના ઘરે ચૂલો સળગશે કે નહીં એની કોઈને પડી નથી. એક બાજુ તંત્રના સાહેબો એસી ગાડીમાં બેસીને રૂઆબ મારે છે અને બીજી બાજુ ગરીબોના પેટ પર લાત મરાય છે! આને વિકાસ ના કહેવાય, આ તો સત્તાની ભૂખ પૂરી કરવા માટે ગરીબોની મજાક છે. સાચો વિકાસ એ જ કહેવાય જેમાં ગરીબ માણસની રોજીરોટી સલામત રહે, બાકી આ તો માત્ર દેખાદેખીનો ડોળ છે!
