@TomGaymor@AlexPalou@IndyCar He's a very special racer...and his feat was completed on three very different types of track - road course, high-speed oval and narrow, bumpy street track. I'd love to see him in a F1 car...
@TomGaymor@SkySportsF1@IndyCar I hope your mum's continuing to improve? And, incidentally, your inserts into the Indy 500 were brilliant...as I'm sure they'll be from Detroit tomorrow. That track's so darned bumpy and I suspect a number of full-course yellows and, as we all know, yellows breed yellows!
@AbbiPulling Absolutely phenomenal achievement...not because she's a woman, but because she's an absolutely brilliant racing driver! You've always been a star, Abbi...now's your time to shine extra brightly in the motorsport firmament. X
@TomGaymor Palou's the best driver/racer, by far, on all types of track...and, worryingly for the others, he's still improving. He did have some luck in Long Beach, but he and his crew delivered...again! And I'd love to see him in F1...
@IMSAradio I returned from a family party at 22.00 (grrrr!) and sat glued to YouTube until the fantastic finish. Brilliant commentary and coverage...thanks so much. Quite a race , wasn't it?
@IMSAradio Loving the coverage...well done team! I've got to go to a family party at 17.00 so will have to catch up later. Boooo!
Best wishes from Goldthorpe, near Rotherham!
@TomGaymor I'll certainly be watching and listening, Tom! Lots of fascinating stuff, especially Mick Schumacher's performance which just might be hugely revealing!
@imsaradio You guys are STARS! Loving the chat! Been watching races - since BGP '64 and 14 races at Le Mans - and this is the weirdest of all. Can't wait for the post-fog race to start again! Well done to all the team for a non-event broadcasting marathon! Geoff, S.Yorkshire.
Having been to Le Mans 14 times over the years, @imsaradio, this year's Daytona is the weirdest 24-hour 'race' I've ever watched! I settled down on the sofa last night and watched, enthralled, until the fog descended. Still hanging in there...Geoff in Goldthorpe, Yorkshire, UK!
#SheffieldCityCouncil should be ashamed of the car park next to the #Crucibletheatre. We paid a tenner to see the excellent A Christmas Carol but were subjected in the carpark to human excreta, useless signage and injecting druggies. An utter disgrace.

@GrahamRahal Personally, I'd be delighted to see a rapprochement between F1 and IndyCar - and love your idea of a double-header! I love both, having been to my first GP at Brands in '64. Incidentally, I knew your dad in the early '70s, when I was a staffer on Motoring News. Regards to him!
@TomGaymor@F1 ...and all for nothing in McLaren's case...sadly, thanks to an illegality measuring the same as the width of a human hair! Loved the race though...especially Kimi's mega drive!
@TomGaymor@LDNairamb Well done Tom...a fantastic group of charities that save so many lives. I've always believed that the air ambulances and the RNLI are far better off for being largely funded through donations and fund-raising events...in effect, by the people who need them most.
