Hard not to be excited about this England team.

Loved Southgate, never of the opinion he needed sacking, partly because the realistic options to come in weren’t great.

But always said if we could get Tuchel, I’d be onboard with it.

We have an excellent coach, the best no.9 in the world, a brilliant midfield, plenty of options off the bench, one of the best right backs in the world when fit, it’s possible we can go far again.

Will we win it? Probably not, we never do 😆 there’s a lot of good teams, and it’s tough to win trophies, you need the luck too.

But I’m going to enjoy every step of the journey either way - summer, beer, mates and England playing tournament football - it cannot be beaten.
