Hello @USPSHelp I’m trying to help a customer with receiving their parcel but they are reluctant to contact yourselves.
Basically, a package didn’t get delivered (apparently the address doesn’t exist), however she claims it does.
Can I get it redelivered to her please?
@LeachSie@RoyalMail@RoyalMailHelp It really does defeat the point! Everyone else takes photos to prove it’s actually been delivered 🤦🏼♀️ so now I’ve had £164 just taken from me thanks to this.
And Royal Mail are being useless- as always.

Marked as delivered with a pointless proof of delivery picture and my customer has not received it.
Messages were sent on the 2nd September to you, I’ve logged a complaint but no one is getting back to me

1 I met on the plane to and from.
1 was the tattoo artist.
1 was an Uber driver on the way home who was so lovely, that he bought us food

Hello, I’m trying to find contact details about a lost parcel. It was marked as delivered, but the postie didn’t take a useful photo for proof of delivery and my customer has not received the parcel despite it saying delivered.
They’ve looked for it, it’s nowhere.
@O2 I was told when I moved my number to EE that my account would be closed but I keep getting monthly billing (for £0), how on earth do I close my account? 😂 it’s been going on for nearly a year now
@Argos_Online Surely if it’s out of stock, I won’t be getting it anytime soon? So the real question here is, when are you likely to get it back in stock? And yes I’ve asked for an in stock notification.

I ordered an Xbox Series X on the 12th February.
It was meant to arrive on the 17th but didn’t, and then the 21st… again, nope.
Your team said to cancel and re-order, but it’s out of stock.
When am I likely to receive it? 🤷🏼♀️
@Argos_Online I could, but no one ever seems to know what’s actually going on and I get told “we have raised a ticket” and no one gets back to me.. is this going to be another waste of my time?
