@virginmedia - So there has been an issue since 25th March. The last 24 hours has been horrific, but it's OK because your website says "no issues in the area".

Your team say, no fix until 7th (maybe before) & as it's still technically up, apparently no refund for poor service

@Knoppy1986 @virginmedia Did you manage to sort this out? I used the customer services number (via google) to get to the SMS chat. @virginmedia replied on [phone] which starts as a chat bot but after 48 hours of backwards and forwards msging - all sorted. Not happy, but it's done now

We also have issues on some of our TV channels telling us to restart or we don't have them. I haven't checked all the channels but it is on some.

I realise you are trying hard in Covid times, but I am still paying for a service...

@virginmedia Idk how to resolve this. I have phoned up 3x & left my mobile no. Had a letter saying you can't contact me & when I phoned up I was told an engineer would contact me (leaving my phone no again). Work can contact me OK? Download is always below gteed minimum-Upload OK

@virginmedia - I pay for 200mb connection (min 100Mb) but from my recent tests both on Wifi and Ethernet I only seem to be getting around 50mb - I've been with you less than a month :( - It was at 200Mb - How do I report this? (I'm ignoring the issue the other day)
