“Before I got involved in politics, I had already been involved in helping to build a better humanity.” — Peter Obi
Peter Obi is not new to service. Long before politics, he was already on the side of helping and equipping people. Public office did not create that instinct. It only gave it a wider stage.
Politics will not change his position. The work of supporting people came first. It remains the point Peter Obi’s love for Nigerians won’t stop even as he will get elected as the President of Nigeria.
The Nigerian Presidency (@officialABAT) has announced that President @realDonaldTrump and Nigerian President Tinubu have finally met for a very high-level meeting. Aso Rock released the picture below as proof of this high-level meeting.
Now, this is obviously satire, but after the alleged Photoshopped July 2026 letter from President Trump to President #Tinubu and the "sitting very close to President Trump" at the @UN meeting that never happened, Nigerians should be highly skeptical of any claims the Nigerian Presidency makes concerning the United States and President Trump.

If you know how many people benefitting from the deep corrupt systems in the Nigerian government, you will know how many people don’t want Peter Obi to become President of Nigeria.
When you see them foam all over their mouth with so much bitterness in their faces saying Obi cannot be President of Nigeria, just know they are scared of loosing their criminal pot of soup.
2027 will be end of this backward system in Nigeria.
Nigeria will be OK.

On behalf of the Obidient Movement, I extend our deepest condolences to the families, colleagues and loved ones of the officers and personnel who lost their lives in this unfortunate incident. We also stand in solidarity with the Nigerian Air Force and the entire Armed Forces of Nigeria at this painful moment.
These men and women serve our nation under demanding and often dangerous circumstances. Their sacrifice, and the grief now borne by their families, must never be treated as mere statistics.
We pray that Almighty God grants the departed eternal rest, comforts their families, and gives strength to their colleagues and the entire nation to bear this painful loss.
May God continue to protect all those who serve Nigeria and bring them safely home to their families.
May the souls of the departed rest in perfect peace. Amen.

MY VISIT TO THE MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA
Today, I honoured the invitation of the newly inaugurated President of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), Dr. Eric Okoye, and other former Presidents of the Association to attend his inauguration ceremony at the Oriental Hotel, Lagos.
On the sidelines of the event, I interacted with the new President and members of MAN and reiterated the enormous potential of Nigeria’s manufacturing sector.
With the right government policies, an enabling business environment, and stronger collaboration between the public and private sectors, Nigeria can significantly increase the contribution of manufacturing to our GDP.
Manufacturing currently contributes about 7.5% of Nigeria’s GDP, compared with about 14% in Egypt, 15% in Morocco, 25% in Vietnam, 19% in Indonesia, and 20% in Bangladesh
We must therefore deliberately move from a consumption-driven economy to a productive economy, one that produces, creates jobs, adds value and competes successfully in the global market.
A stronger manufacturing sector will expand employment opportunities, strengthen our productive capacity, reduce our dependence on imports, increase exports, and improve the standard of living of our people.
I congratulate the new President and his team and wish them a successful and productive tenure. I look forward to continued engagement with the manufacturing sector as we work towards building a more productive and prosperous Nigeria.

Not playing politics with the NAF plane crash tragedy, but this picture here is highly highly presidential.
Obi as C in C, attending to urgent state matters that involves our military.
God bless the photographer.
The video of Peter Obi's visit to NAF headquarters is so sweet and class.
Again, don't Nigerians deserve a president who is elegant and healthy?
Must we have invisible health struggling presidents?
What is wrong with the APC?
This video has only gone viral on X. I have posted it on other platforms too.

@PeterObi His Excelency, thank you for airing the need for cancer care as inclusive health care in every 6 geo pol zones of Nigeria...
But you should be resting now sir
Today, I was surrounded by cancer survivors, and the encounter was deeply moving. Their presence reminded me what is at stake in cancer care. Behind every statistic is a Nigerian whose survival should never depend on wealth or the ability to travel abroad.
Cancer care should not be a privilege reserved for those who can afford it. Nigeria needs at least five fully equipped, specialised cancer centres in each of its six geopolitical zones, alongside stronger prevention, screening, early detection, research and affordable treatment.
The goal is simple: no Nigerian should die because care is too far away, diagnosis came too late, or treatment is unaffordable. The survivors reminded me that behind every policy are human lives and the hope of a longer life.
Healthcare is not a luxury. Survival should not depend on geography or income.
Cancer care should not be a privilege. It should be a right.
