As such they have prolonged your issue. Do their limits on expenses still apply? @TheRAC_UK It is hardly this lady's fault that your resolution is slow.

My whole family and 2 dogs have been abandoned in France since Saturday when our car burnt out completely on the A20 on our way home. No accommodation has been arranged for us, no support whatsoever. 4 days- no help!
