@kookntae4ever Take a while to think about what you want to get out of therapy. Think about why you aren't sharing how you feel. Maybe you subconsciously know that you have gone as far as you can with this therapist.

@kookntae4ever It sounds like therapy has become a chore rather than something you are actively participating in. This may be a sign that you need to find a new therapist that can challenge you in different ways. I think therapists are like teachers - sometimes you need to advance.

@BVIINIM_ I love that beautiful line that he hits during the crouch. He twists his upper body instead of just lying it flat and his arm is in a beautiful curve. It looks very elegant.
