Disappointing coverage from Sky News of Sandie Peggie v RCN Union.

‘Trans row’ doesn’t explain that the trans identified man in question was married to a woman, presumably heterosexual, and was in a changing room used by women nurses.

Also yesterday’s tribunal was considerably more interesting than portrayed here. It was the first we’d heard from a Union representative during the proceedings.

The cross-examination was striking in the way it explored a broader culture within the NHS, including merchandise and training sessions.

None of that makes it into this report unfortunately.
