A lot of people say they hate their job, but I don’t think that’s always true.

Sometimes, what you actually hate is being underpaid, having a terrible manager, doing work that no longer challenges you, or feeling like your career has been on autopilot for months.

Before you resign, take time to figure out what the real problem is. Is it the company, the role, the team, the workload, or have you simply outgrown the position?
