This is a very successful week, marked by the visit of representatives from NEDO and ReAMo to Spain!👏

On January 20 and 21, we had the opportunity to present Solution 1 and Solution 2 at CRIDA/@ENAIRE and @IndraCompany facilities respectively.

We are thrilled to announce that this year will mark a a lot of milestones! 🚀

The majority of the validations for ENSURE will take place in 2025, bringing us closer to achieving our goal: the creation of the collaborative ATM-U-space interface!

👉Need to coexist with current airspace users while, at least, maintaining the target safety levels.
👉Lack of concept definition for the coordination and standardization between the U-space and ATM systems.
👉New challenges, from an operational, technical and regulatory side

👉In the last years, new actors have appeared in the airspace.
👉Drones are being used for multiple applications, from agriculture, inspections or surveillance to future uses such as Urban Air Mobility🚁🌆.

Last week, the 5th PMB of the #ENSURE project took place at #ON facilities in Vilnius📍
During the meeting, we presented🧐 the status of the deliverables📑, the project plan📅, and, of course, discussed each solution and their exercises in detail. Take a look to the PMB video!

During the week of 10th of June, Indra validated a new service🙌 of the ATM-U-space Inteface👉the Emergency Management and Contingency Plan.

During this validation we were able to exchange information between Indra´s ATM✈ and U-space systems🚁 related with

emergencies situations🔴 a drone can suffer. This allows the hashtag#ATCO to be alerted when a drone is under an emergency situation, indicating the corresponding alert and displaying the alternative flight plan that the drone is going to follow when this emergency occurs.
