Such was the message from today’s Dual Career Entrepreneurship training session for public servants from different MDAs, where we tackled the shift from employment to entrepreneurship and how to walk the journey early, so it’s not your first attempt in retirement.

We confronted the ‘no time’ excuse, along with topics such as personal finance, multiple income streams, and mindset change, among others.

We had a spectacular time in Namutumba during last week's Essential Skills Workshop (ESW) for the Generating Growth Opportunities and Productivity for Women Enterprises (GROW) Project.

The GROW Project is headed by the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development & funded by The World Bank.

It supports women entrepreneurs in achieving financial independence by providing loans, apprenticeships, and financial literacy. Through the ESW, Enterprise Uganda educates these enterprising women on how to correctly run their businesses.
