When I was a kid, we used to play marbles in the summer heat. We'd all start out with a dozen or so beautiful glass marbles, but after a few weeks, one kid would end up with all the marbles in the neighborhood. Which sucked -- even if you were that kid, having all the marbles meant that you had no one to play with. So you'd call all your friends, line them up below a wall, and scream AIRDROP!!! as you tossed the marbles into the air. Within a few minutes, you'd have people to play with and summer was back on.
