Yes, but tbh wag na wag niyong hahayaang manaig yung ganong thoughts while you are taking the exam. Remember na apart from text book knowledge, isang malaking test of mental toughness din ang boards. You cannot enter a battle and expect to win it while having a losing mindset

I would be lying if I would say na di giniba ng PA ang confidence ko haha. But I'm proud to say na nilabanan ko malala ang negative self talk until natapos ko sya sagutan. And dahil nga kabado, nilaban kong bumawi sa 2nd day para mahatak na lang sana ng abpsy at i/o yung PA chz
