The goal will be to take photos of as many insects spe. as possible in one hour 1:00 to 2:00 PM
Only people attending to the walk will have their observations taken into account and the winner will earn a surprise gift!

Over 20,000 records were submitted through Ireland's Citizen Science Portal in August 2025 from over 1,800 individual recorders across all 32 counties.
This was an increase in over 3,300 records from August 2024.
Small Tortoiseshell was the most recorded species last month.
