【A Global Social Experiment from Japan】 Will you join "EntropyGrid," a global social experiment to build an infrastructure that proves "you are human"? 📱👆

In an era where AI takes over labor, the economic value of humans shifts from "working" to simply "existing."

🚨 Why is this needed now? In the near future, AI will perfectly mimic human voices, faces, and thoughts, and autonomously engage in economic activities. When we can no longer distinguish "Is this AI or human?", our democracy and economy will collapse from the ground up.

🔐 The answer lies at your "fingertips" The microsecond deviations and unconscious tremors when you swipe your smartphone. We collect these human "fluctuations (irrationality)"—which AI can never reproduce—and convert them into unpredictable True Random Number Generators (TRNG). This becomes a one-time signature proving that "a real human is operating this right now," not just a one-and-done ID—this is the "Proof of Human Origin."

🚀 Project Outlook After clearing the first hurdle of "collecting data from 100,000 people," we will proceed to commercialize the following: ① Next-generation "Proof of Human" API (eliminating bot-driven public opinion manipulation and fraud) ② "Eco-mining SNS" where value is generated just by using it ③ Issuance of a "proprietary currency" based on TRNG, returning value to solve global poverty

🎁 Early Participation Incentives Just swipe your smartphone screen for a few seconds. No expertise or money is required! Points leading to special future rights will be awarded based on your contribution. ・First 100 people: 1.0 pt (Legendary rarity) ・~1,000 people: 0.1 pt ・~10,000 people: 0.01 pt ・~100,000 people: 0.001 pt

💡 Human "irrationality" becomes the ultimate value The more AI covers the world with optimal solutions, the more the "fluctuations" that only humans can produce become the one and only scarce resource. Instead of relying on a few giant corporations, won't you join us in laying a "defense line (grid)" with the fingertips of people around the world, one that no one can monopolize?

I wrote the full picture of EntropyGrid (in Japanese): proving you’re human in the age of AI, a ledger no one can quietly rewrite, and a future vision of returning AI’s value to people. Big dreams, honest about where we are. https://t.co/cnHV2WnHNg

https://t.co/EAamiW2BCN

The US midterms showed AI shaping politics: AI-made ads, alleged bot networks, and voter pushback on AI data centers. Whatever the outcome, democracy depends on one person, one voice. That's why we need ways to check "is this a human?"

[EntropyGrid @EntropyGrid]

By establishing human identity and utilizing a matrix-based verification system, we can deliver the value generated by AI to humans—using a base currency—in a reliable manner, all without disrupting existing national structures.
This is made possible by the fact that the system is anchored in the physical reality of human beings.

Thanks for your comment😃
Agreed, and thanks for pointing it out. The 30 seconds is for the research phase: to test the randomness and to build the human check in the first place, we need enough data from each measurement.

What we're exploring now is collecting the signal naturally during everyday actions in a social app (scrolling, tapping) and combining it with device attestation and passkeys. There's one more idea, but that one's a secret for now :)
That way, a fresh check can happen as a side effect of something you're already doing. A short dedicated flow would be the fallback.

We just launched EntropyGrid on Product Hunt. Trace your phone for 30 seconds and help test whether human hand fluctuations can become a proof of human. We’d love your feedback.

[EntropyGrid @EntropyGrid]

The Matrix in the film trapped humans inside machines. EntropyGrid’s Matrix does the opposite: it chains the records of human measurements and anchors them on Bitcoin, so no one, not even the operator, can rewrite them unnoticed.

What EntropyGrid does:
lect: 30-second traces of finger and hand fluctuations
Generate: randomness from them (unverified)
Distinguish: human or bot (still provisional)
Record: receipts chained and anchored on Bitcoin
Verify: against NIST standards

[EntropyGrid @EntropyGrid]

As of November 2nd, the "receipt number" now represents a sealed package containing both the measurement record and the random number generated from that measurement. This receipt number is linked to the "matrix" and recorded on the Bitcoin blockchain.

[EntropyGrid @EntropyGrid]

The future envisioned by EntropyGrid is one where, even in an era where AI performs work and generates income, human existence remains at the core of value. This is our design goal; as for the journey toward it, we are currently at the very first step: the stage of gathering data.

Where is EntropyGrid’s data stored? On Google Cloud (Firebase), encrypted at rest. Email addresses are kept apart from measurement records, which carry only a random ID. Admin access requires 2-step verification. No names, faces, fingerprints or location.

【A Social Experiment from Japan】
Will you join EntropyGrid, a social experiment to build a way to prove “you are human”? 📱👆

As AI works and earns, the economic value of humans may shift from “working” to simply “existing.”

🚨 Why now?
AI can now imitate human voices, faces and writing so well that they are hard to tell apart. When we can’t tell “AI or human?”, trust online, and even elections and public opinion, start to break down.

🔐 The clue is at your fingertips
When you trace your phone screen, your finger makes tiny movements you can’t control, and your hand trembles. Humans produce these “fluctuations” just by being alive, while fakes take time and money to make, one by one. EntropyGrid aims to use these fluctuations as material for random numbers and for “Proof of Human Origin.”
*What can be shown is only that “a live human operated the device at that moment.”
*The random numbers are still unverified. We won’t call them true random numbers until we finish testing against NIST SP 800-90B for each device type.

✨ New measurement since November 1
・Hold your phone and trace freely for 30 seconds (on a computer, use your mouse)
・A constellation appears in your line, and a star is born (Stardust, Shooting Star, Comet, Nova, Supernova). You can share the card
・Each measurement gets a receipt number, chained in arrival order into the public “Matrix” and anchored on the Bitcoin blockchain. Change even one later, and the chain breaks
・No fingerprints, faces, location or names. Email is optional

🎯 Our first goal: 2,000 participants
We’ll report at 500, 1,000 and 2,000. A second measurement is very welcome too.

🚀 Where we’re heading
① Collect data through this experiment and verify the randomness against NIST standards
② After verification, start with Proof of Human as a business (bot defense, anti-impersonation, voter authenticity)
③ A messaging SNS aiming for conversations without bots
④ Further ahead, a currency that places value on human existence
⑤ Finally, a network no one, not even the founder, can control alone
*All of these are a vision, not a promise. We do not promise any currency or rewards to current participants.

🎁 If you register
Enter your email when you submit, and an early-bird rank and contribution points (EGP) are recorded.
・2nd (up to #1,000): 0.1 EGP
・3rd (up to #10,000): 0.01 EGP
・4th (up to #100,000): 0.001 EGP
・0.01 EGP per referral
EGP is a record of contribution with no monetary value. It can’t be cashed out or transferred. Its only right is priority access to information about the project’s commercialization. It does not promise any exchange for, or distribution of, a future currency or token.

💡 Human fluctuations in an age of optimization
The more AI covers the world with optimal answers, the more the irrationality only humans have stands out. Instead of a few giant companies, let’s build a “grid” no one can monopolize, with fingertips around the world.
