@CariocaFL@AmericanFietser I cycle to work every day in Western Australia. Summer at the moment so highs of 90-110F. Generally not too humid though. Honestly not a problem, it’s not that hot in the morning. You might get sweaty on the way home then jump in the shower/pool
@ErisDrew Yeah futurism is another aspect of that time with more positive aspirations. I’d frame it as technological scepticism maybe - there’s acknowledgement that technology can have negative affects
@ErisDrew I always thought of techno as a dystopian view on technology. Detroit’s early technological advancements - robots/mechanisation of manufacturing bringing loss of livelihoods
@bikewalkperth Interested if this inspection includes junctions where shared paths cross roads? Junction of Erindale and Reid Hwy shared path has a lot of glass for over a week. Swept from road onto pedestrian crossing island
@IEOKIITI1@bikewalkperth Example of how it’s done in Uk. Bus/cycle lane on left. Solid line shows drivers can’t cross, before the left turn at lights the solid line breaks. Camera on top of street light, if car crosses solid line to turn left there’s a fine in the post!

@annabel_ross Are you cutting audio? Audacity shifts everything after a cut to fill in the blank space. Haven't used it in a while but think you can use ctrl + alt + x to cut without shifting. Or there's a command to make selection silent instead of cutting it.
