This was INCREDIBLE! 💚

Last night on Watch Out @HannahStitfall and @ChrisGPackham were joined LIVE on air by a nightjar! 😍 At first they could only hear it, then it appeared from behind the camera crew and swooped around our live set! One of the most magical moments ever!

Extraordinary

[Massimo @Rainmaker1973]

Hyalophora cecropia is North America's largest native moth.

The adult cecropia moth lacks functional mouth parts and a digestive system, so it survives just two weeks, enough to mate, like this.

Interesting take

[Dan Killam @DantheClamMan]

Sauron had a lot of problems, but he knew how to manage a wetland. The Dead Marshes were one of the environmental gems of Mordor, and an impressive nature-based solution to help remediate the environmental damage caused by the corpse issue after the Battle of Dagorlad
