How can an airline in @emirates not give you a refund for flights to a country that is now imposing a 14 day self isolation / quarantine ?? It’s disgraceful! It’s as good as a travel ban / restriction, nobody could do anything for 14 days! This badly needs looking into #emirates

@emirates @EmiratesSupport a group of friends & I previously planning on going to Dubai have spent all today & yesterday trying to contact them to cancel/change our flights & low & behold not a single response! We can’t change anything online so ringing is our only option, help!
