@rah_66_comanche@andrewtevans You merely stumbled onto a happy accident. You'd need to contact Kasdan, Weitz, & Gilroy, ask if they had your idea in mind, without triggering an impulse for taking retroactive credit. Considering how badly the current IP owners have fumbled, I'd also not expect canonization.
@T_KwongTH@WillKnowler@Jonpy99 It's really amazing. The labor to make hedgehogs is already mostly wasted... when it's not even a full enclosure, I almost admire the shamelessness.
@Not_End_User@itimaliasof No, it takes more than that. You need underwater depth to explore and playmates. They are easily bored and get their own underwater zoomies. Their food requirements are also significant. Even most aquariums aren't perfect habitats, bound by financial and spatial budget.
@Marcostias@hw97karbine this footage is old and been around the Internet before people started putting watermarks on it. Are you new to this interest in military equipment?
@poellll I liked it enough to collect its concept art and contemplate how the vehicles would operate irl. I tracked down a scanlation of the manga. I agree with a JP user: the manga's more fleshed-out. Even so, Venus Wars lacks a grand message. "Taking a grounded approach" is the excuse.
@WaifuSplitMedia@JellyfishJubi@KittenVox I love how you give your thick girls high/popped collar bolero jackets. Those and fuzzy/feather trim collars just drive me wild.
@afuro1965 Clean work. Thanks for bringing a shard of imagination to life. Spacegun capital ships are the most logical type; nowhere to hide, infinite range. But since they're not geared toward maneuver, they never capture popular imagination. No popular fiction about an artillery crew.
@Jeff21461 Why has everyone been saying "year-on-year" or "month-over-month" for these past several years? "Yearly," "annual," and "monthly" are much shorter but mean the same thing... is this statistics jargon, maybe?
@ultraman_DT I watched M23 just 3 weeks ago. It had been on my "cultural education" list for years. I ended up downloading many scenes from Part 2. I've dissected each battle and each design frame-by-frame. The battle choreography is good but their time and budget limits hurt them so much!
@steelbreak I have a daydream for bringing obscure designs to life like this. My first project would be to revive the gunship seen for just a few seconds in the cutscene of Abadox (Famicom 1989 / NES 1980, by Natsume).
