@eventbrite @eventbritehelp The worst part? The cancellation email wasn't sent until 8:34 AM, after the event had already started and after many of us had spent money on transport and reached the venue. Both Eventbrite and the organizers owe attendees an explanation. This was poorly handled.

Dear @eventbrite @EventbriteHelp, this was a terrible experience. I registered for the Nigeria Fintech Forum back in June. The event was free, and my ticket remained valid in the app until today.
