A great giveaway idea here on X would be buying a few of the new Commodore 64 systems that have been manufactured and have a retro-future contest. Ask people to repost and reply with what they would create, program, or invent on a Commodore 64 if it launched today. You’d get nostalgia, creativity, humor, and a lot more real engagement than a standard random giveaway. The best, funniest, or most imaginative entries could win the systems. You could have:
Best 8-bit game idea
Funniest retro computer meme
Write a fake 1980s ad for the new C64
Best short BASIC program
Best “retro meets modern AI” concept
