I contacted @virginmedia about intermittent signal and lack of signal in certain rooms in my home, offered an upgrade for £36.99 a month so I can get boosters, put the upgrade through for £74 a month without my consent. Response to my compaint - reboot my hub every 10 days🤦🏻‍♀️

@virginmedia Hi this isn't about a first bill!! I joined in April you upgraded me last week so I could get WiFi pods but instead of the 36.99 a month agreed you've applied it as £74 a month. I didn't consent to this!

I did the worst journey of my life last night, waited an hour in a cold bus station and walked home late at night after my mom died. No one in the family offered to get me from the airport. My uncle flies in from London today and he's had multiple offers, make it make sense.
