Somewhere in you is a version of yourself you haven't become yet.
Most men never face that. I write for the ones who will.
Mindset. Strategy. Mental leverage.
The first slap was to test the boundaries of how far she could go,
When there was no visible reaction, she was confident enough do more.
Never put yourself in a situation where a girl would have the mind to raise her hand at you,
And if one tries it anyway, the repercussions should be so decisive that she never tries it again
The moment you hït a man, you’re both on the same level
You’re both adults, and he has the right to defend himself
She used the first slap to test whether he would retaliatë
Roku said being the avatar helps your chances with the ladies,
That where my biggest issue with Aang lies.
How are you the last of your kind and the Avatar,
Yet you spend your life simping for a girl who only acknowledged you after a fortune teller said she'll marry a great bender.
He could have easily replenished the air nation on his own but he chose to be monogamous
@ani_meme25 Because Mako is not on the same level as Zuko,
You guys underestimate ATLA characters a lot,
14 years old Zuko defeated a fire nation admiral in an agni kai
Mako could never
In that particular scenario yes.
In another scenario though, for example when Aang was trying to find Sonam,
He had to go far back before he found someone who had heard of her
If he had only Roku to guide him he wouldn't have found out anything
It makes no sense to say the experience of thousands of Avatars is useless
Just admit your fave ruined a good thing and move on
@ani_meme25 So you're saying simply because they didn't experience the world Korra messed up,
Every other experience they have is useless to future Avatars?
All their skills and abilities the Avatar gains in the Avatar state is useless?
Amon was just 14 years old when he pulled off Yakone psychic bloodbending..
I'll never agree with this notion of Yakone being the strongest bloodbender, even if Yakone had his bending up to that time, Amon would still top him!
Amon had a lot of skills and precision in his bending,
To the extent of beings able to take away bending with it,
But Yakone was ahead of him in power and scale.
Amon never replicated what Yakone did in that courtroom,
Bending 6 wolves is not the same as humans with free will and resistance,
Including the Avatar and the greatest Earthbender in the world
You're acting like she did a summoning spell or something,
She didn't make any attempt to reach him, she didn't even realize it was aang
She lost her bending, she was finally humbled so aang was able to reach her.
You guys say the rock reactivating aangs avatar state was plot armor,
But conveniently forget this moment.
If Roku was her predecessor, she'd have had to get through a massive door that required five firebenders to open,
then patiently wait for the Winter Solstice so sunlight could hit the ruby
